Just last week on the CBS soap Liam confessed to Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that he was getting weaker and felt like he was running out of time.

Liam Spencer’s tumor diagnosis hit close to home after he watched his own mother battle cancer and suffer for years while going to chemotherapy and other treatments. After he learned his options and chances of survival, Liam has put off getting treatment and battling the deadly disease. Now, time is running out and his loved ones know it.
B&B Spoilers: Steffy Devastated By Liam News
Bold and the Beautiful viewers know that it wasn’t that long ago Liam was professing his love to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and begging her to leave her husband Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Finn has put his pride aside and is trying to help the other man in his wife’s life, he and Liam shared an emotional moment this week on the CBS soap.
It won’t be long until Finn fills Steffy in on Liam’s status. Steffy will be devastated to learn that he wasn’t able to convince him to get treatment and time is running out.
B&B spoilers say Liam Spencer might seize this opportunity to make a move on his ex-wife and agree to chemotherapy so he doesn’t die, as long as Steffy agrees to give their relationship another chance.
B&B Spoilers: Will Lia Give Steffy An Ultimatum
Liam giving Steffy an ultimatum sounds absurd, but she will probably jump on the opportunity in a few more episodes. Fans know that Luna Nozawa is plotting against Finn’s wife, it will only be a matter of time before she threatens her or tries to attack her.
When Steffy learns that she and her kids are in danger, a trip out of town with Liam to get him top of the line medical treatment will look pretty good. On the other hand, Liam is still being a manipulative narcissist from his death bed.

Thats ridiculous, Liam knows Steffy is committed to Finn. Liam is a lot of things but he won’t force Steffy to leave her husband.
So ridiculous. I see he is still wearing that stupid band aid on the back of his head. If they put a needle there or whatever, they would have shaved his head around that area. I just don’t understand that.
I think Steffy would have thoughts about going away with Liam but in the end she must know that if she did that, Finn might no longer be available to her when she decides it’s time to go back home.
Liam just needs to leave Steffy and Finn’s marriage alone. For the first time in his life he needs to have some respect for someone else. Just give Liam a story line on being mature enough to show his daughters that he is a man that they can look up to. Instead of seeing him break up a marriage.
