They are both drunk the night it happens and Liam believes that he was betrayed by his wife. The next morning, Liam and Steffy regret what happened. However, they don’t dare tell Hope or Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about it. However, the truth always comes out eventually in soaps.
