When he gets to Thomas’ apartment and opens the door, he is stunned. Hope is in a compromising position and Thomas doesn’t have his shirt on.
Now, Liam is going to assume the worst, but there is probably a very reasonable explanation. One possibility is that Thomas might have spilled wine on his shirt and Hope was just helping him clean it.
