Bill was certain he recognized Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) at Il Giardino, even though she denied ever meeting him. It’s possible, actually likely, it was a one night stand or bar or party pickup and she never saw him again-till now, and he’s her daughter’s birth father.
Poppy doesn’t seem the type to give a child up for adoption or get an abortion, so she simply went on with her life and had her baby and raised her.
It could get very interesting if Liam and Luna do find out they’re half-siblings. She’s also John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) adoptive cousin and that could be a problem.

B & B Spoilers – John “Finn” Finnegan And Luna Nozawa Are Rebuilding Their Relationship
Finn and Luna are rebuilding their relationship in spite of Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) trying to bring things to a grinding halt.
Finn’s real birth mother is Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and Liam’s been trying to bring his marriage to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to a grinding halt as well!
Luna, on the other hand really hit it off with her cousin-in-law and loves Steffy, and the feeling’s mutual; but for Liam, being Finn’s adopted cousin is a problem.

Even more of a problem is Luna’s full support of Finn and Steffy’s marriage, since Liam wants Steffy back! It’s likely that Luna knows nothing about Sheila or the threat she represents to the family.

Even if they do find out they are half-siblings, which might be the only reason Liam would have anything to do with Luna, Finn would warn Luna about Liam.
Liam’s been sinking to some pretty slimy depths lately, what with stalking Finn with his phone set on video recording to prove to Steffy he’s dangerous!
Liam wouldn’t hesitate to use a newly discovered family relationship with Luna to his advantage, and that alone would make brother and sister clash.
It’ll even be worse if Liam badmouths Finn to his newfound half-sibling, because she and Finn were very close when she was growing up. That definitely will not score Brownie points with Luna, brother or not!
