The Bold And The Beautiful: Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) secretly hopes to waffle back to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) having gotten close again. But the return of a living John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) in a future BOLD episode will quash those hopes – but, will Liam’s wife Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) notice?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – The Awful Waffle!

Right now, no one except Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) knows that her son is alive and she’s clinging to hope that he will wake from his coma back to normal. She faked his death certificates and took him home and put him on life support, giving a different meaning than implied to the phrase “I will take care of my son”! Meanwhile, Hope has been beyond patient with Liam spending so much time comforting his ex-wife, even though her mother warns he’s showing signs of returning to the “awful waffle!”

Longtime viewers will recall Liam has waffled back and forth between Steffy and Hope for many years! Now that he’s over there practically all the time, his bond to her is not only returning, it’s getting stronger!

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Acknowledges John “Finn” Finnegan Being A Great Stepfather

In a recent episode, Liam acknowledged that Finn has been a great stepfather to his daughter with Steffy, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay). It’s not that Liam doesn’t admire Finn for the man that he “was” and doesn’t know that he wasn’t good for Steffy and Kelly, and of course Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot). Liam has offered to step up and be a father figure to Hayes though he has plenty of father figures, with Thomas Forrester, (Matthew Atkinson) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). But Liam is entering that dangerous area where his old feelings for Steffy are coming to the surface even though he’s married to and has pledged his love to Hope! He’ll be as shocked as anyone once Finn does come back into Steffy’s life although of course he’ll rejoice with everyone else outwardly.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Liam Spencer Could Pine Away For Steffy Forrester Finnegan

Liam could easily think he’s hiding it but at the same time be pining away for Steffy after Finn comes back; and that will spell trouble for him and Hope! No one likes to hear “I told you so” but Hope is bound to hear that exact phrase from her mother, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang)! Hope is a very perceptive person and picks up on Liam hiding secrets and emotions, so she will surely call him on it!

It’s doubtful that Finn will return home to that huge black and white picture of Liam and Steffy being back up on the wall, but not because Liam wouldn’t want it! Viewers will remember when Finn and Steffy started getting serious that Finn put some serious boundaries on Liam coming and going as he pleased!

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer May Have Difficulty Detaching

Liam may have difficulty detaching from Steffy and lose all the ground he’d gained during Finn’s time with her. Finn and Hope may both have to put some strict boundaries in place to help Liam back off from Steffy and start being the husband Hope needs. On the other hand, Steffy has been showing signs of becoming emotionally dependent on Liam and that’s not good either. But she may be able to detach very quickly from Liam once Finn shows up alive again!
