The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could not contain his angst. He felt compelled to tell his wife, in the moments leading up to her first fashion show in a few years, that she was enabling their enemy.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is the enemy. He is aiming for Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), using their business connection as one of two entry points to her heart.
The other angle Thomas is playing, in a cleverly different degree than before, is through their son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Hope’s adopted son loves her and desperately wants his parents to be together, with Liam being slighted.

Viewers witnessed a vastly different Thomas evolve after he had brain surgery. His malady was medically addressed, with the mannequin arc being explained due to the injury he suffered when hitting his head on a living room table.
Yes, it was a stretch. That plot point was used when asking willing audience members to suspend disbelief. Thomas became a sympathetic character who was pursuing redemption.
For a while, that effort was believable. Thomas did alter his course, even earning Liam’s grudging admission that a change occurred. But Clifton’s character witnessed the reversion within the last handful of months.
B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Not The Only Witness
Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been most directly affected by Thomas’ choice to perform misdeeds again. She was framed by him, seemingly verbally reporting Thomas to Child Services for endangering Douglas.
Liam, like Brooke, has not been able to get through to Hope. Noelle’s character wants to believe that Thomas’ redemption path continued. So, for her, it has.
The strain on Hope and Liam’s relationship that Thomas has engineered is subversively vicious. Atkinson’s character is attempting to repress obsessive thoughts about Hope but has been unable to do so.

Liam and Brooke are right. It feels like Thomas never fully recovered and has relapsed into deviousness.
Hope has been emotionally influenced through Douglas, not realizing what is happening. Thomas is a master manipulator, as many have experienced in this version of Los Angeles, California.
Liam is not upset by his wife’s duplicity. He fears her goodness is being used by Thomas, with danger already realized and potential doom ahead on B&B.

Liam is a silly fool, an idiot could see that Thomas is up to something, so for Liam to believe that ?Hope is being manipulated is foolishness. Hope clearly understands that she’s not spending time with Liam and Beth, but is giving her all to Thomas and Douglas, she is not brainless, so why isn’t see seeing that? Hope knows what disrespect is, because she saw it in Steffy and Taylor, so why can’t she see it herself and in Douglas, it’s because her secret life is with the crazy man Thomas. As long as Thomas is alive Hope will be silly enough to pick him over Liam.
I Disagree, sometimes we like spice in our relationships. LOPE is really a wholesome, Vanilla couple. Thomas is an artist, he is handsome, kind, he has never wanted anyone but Hope, and she knows this. Thomas can also be vicious, scandalous, a take no prisoner type of man.
Hope might be in love with Liam, but she is currently intrigued by Thomas. Thomas makes her blush, tells her how wonderful, smart, pretty she is, whereas the other idiot thinks that she is stupid and naive, and being taken advantage of. Hope has the right to be attracted to other people, now the question is should she act on it, then she is no better than others, it’s cheating … however, Liam owes her one anyway they will get pass it.
I have NO idea what Hope sees in Thomas, I would love to slap that smile off his face, it’s time to get the lie out in the open and let Hope see Thomas again for who he really is, and Ridge as well.
