The former triangle between Hope, Liam, and Steffy ended when John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) appeared. The moment Steffy saw Finn at the foot of her bed, when she was hospitalized following a second motorcycle accident, thoughts of Liam and the rivalry with Hope evaporated.

Thomas has become Hope’s fixation. She appears unable to deal with what seems like an inevitable pull toward him.

How ironic for Thomas. He finally decides to seek psychological help and appears to have himself under control, when Hope decides that he is more attractive to her than Liam.

More than wanting to will himself to stability, Thomas recognizes multiple incentives that allow him to remain serious about his work. Hope for the Future is Thomas’ only priority when he is present at Forrester Creations.

Thomas wants to be a consistent role model for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), value the second chance his family is giving him, and be respectful to Hope, who is his boss at work.

But Hope’s thoughts trend toward her making a play for him at a coming point in the plot. That anticipated moment will provide Thomas with a new and unique challenge.
