He views Thomas as a threat to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and doesn’t believe that he’s changed. In fact, Liam thinks that Hope is being naive and reckless by allowing Thomas to get close to her. He’s not even okay with a platonic friendship because everyone has been fooled by Thomas before.

B&B Spoilers – Killing Vinny Walker

However, Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death could change how Liam feels about Thomas and vice versa. Liam is filled with overwhelming guilt about taking a life. He will want to try and atone for it, even if Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is ordering him to keep quiet. However, knowing Liam, it’s only a matter of time before he explodes and blurts out the horrifying truth.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Clifton spoke to Daytime Confidentiality about the storyline. He indicated that there would be some surprising developments between Thomas and Liam. The actor specifically used the word “ironic,” which gives us an idea of what’s going to happen in the future between Liam and Thomas.

“I can’t spoil anything, but I actually think you’re going to see some surprising, maybe even ironic, new dynamics between Thomas and Liam in the midst of all this.”

B&B Spoilers – Role Reversal

It’s possible that Liam’s overwhelming guilt will have him begging Thomas for forgiveness. He could try to explain that he never meant to kill Vinny. However, Thomas isn’t going to believe that. Just like Bill predicts, it’s going to be very hard for anyone to believe that Vinny’s death was a coincidence and an accident.

So, we could see a role reversal with these two characters. Instead of Thomas trying to prove that he’s no longer manipulating Hope, it could be Liam trying to prove he’s not a killer. Rather than Liam trying to convince Hope that Thomas is dangerous, Thomas could be warning Hope that Liam is a murderer at his core. Whether Hope believes that or not is another story, though.

Whatever happens between these two, Thomas is going to want justice for his best friend. They might have been estranged at the time of Vinny’s death, but Thomas won’t allow Liam to get away with this. The only way around it is if there is proof that someone else killed Vinny or the man was dead before he was struck by the car.
