B&B spoilers reveal that Katie has a serious problem with Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park).

Katie feels in her gut that something is very wrong with Poppy’s story. Katie is convinced that Tom Starr (Clint Howard) is Luna’s real father. 

Katie also feels that Poppy might be responsible for Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) and Tom’s deaths. In addition to that, Katie is reeling over finding out about Poppy’s drugs.

One issue that Katie keeps bringing up is why did Poppy wait decades to tell the truth.

Katie is so suspicious that she has even grilled Li about Poppy. Once Katie found out about the drugs, her concern became less about paternity and more about Bill’s safety.

Ever since, I have been convinced that Li lied to Bill and Luna, but not for Poppy’s sake. Li might have felt that Bill was a safe and more stable “father” for Luna. 

If Tom really did stalk Poppy, then Li might view him as dangerous. Li isn’t close to Luna, but she’s also not cold-hearted.

If Luna finds out that Li lied about the paternity test, she will be furious. It almost became a mission for Luna to find out the identity of her birth father. So, to have this family joy and then to have it ripped out from under her?
