RJ may not share Steffy’s mother like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) does, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t protective over him. They are still half-siblings on their father’s side-and so far Steffy’s very impressed with Luna.
Luna was a lifesaver to her and RJ’s grandfather Eric Forrester (John McCook) by helping get that legacy line and fashion showdown put together, along with RJ of course.
But if Luna cheats on RJ with Zende, as is Zende’s intention since he thinks RJ stole his position to work on Eric’s lines, Steffy won’t like seeing RJ hurt.

As protective as she’s been over Thomas and warning Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) not to toy with him, she’d strike back over RJ even worse, considering he’s their little brother.
B & B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester’s Very Protective
Steffy is very protective about the people that she cares about and family members take precedence over friends or even family member’s girlfriends or boyfriends.
She doesn’t mess around, and Luna may be the next one to face her mama bear side although Zende will no doubt be chastised as well.
RJ will be heartbroken and angry and feel a double betrayal-from both Luna and Zende, who’s a Forrester family member and that won’t sit well at all with Steffy.

It won’t matter that she’s John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) younger cousin and he’s close with her-RJ’s her brother and she won’t hesitate to fire her.
Zende might get fired as well for his jealous and selfish attitudes and actions and no one would blame Steffy for doing so.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – No One Gets Away With Hurting The Family
As far as Steffy is concerned, no one gets away with hurting family, even if that person is another part of the family-her severe warnings to Hope concerning Thomas show that.
Just because Zende is a Forrester cousin doesn’t mean he can get away with practically murder, either; he’s in a snit because he feels RJ stole his thunder.
He complained long and loud about RJ, who never wanted to be a designer, helping Eric complete his designs for the showdown, even after he found out about Eric’s illness.
RJ didn’t try to swoop in and take what Zende felt should be his job, Eric asked him to help. So Zende’s job will be no more secure than Luna’s if they sleep together and hurt RJ and break his heart!
