Bill wondered just like RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) if Bill was Luna’s father but Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) shut him down saying the math just didn’t work out for that. That doesn’t mean that Bill doesn’t want to step up as a father figure anyway.

Bill has found Poppy again after over twenty years and he has no intention of letting her get away again. Even though Poppy says that Bill isn’t Luna’s father, Bill is still very protective over her.
Of course, Poppy will likely confide in Bill that Luna got ahold of her mints and even tell him that maybe Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was right about her. Of course, Bill won’t agree and will assure her it was a mistake.
Poppy cannot help but blame herself and Luna does as well. However, it seems that Bill may feel sympathetic toward them both and not blame either of them.

Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) is older and should have known better. Why is Zende hooking up with his cousin’s girlfriend anyway?
Of course, if Zende is accused of taking advantage of Luna, he will likely defend himself by saying he asked her more than once if she was sure about this.
Zende claims he didn’t know that Luna was high, but saw how she was acting at the main house, he knew something wasn’t just right with her, or at least he should have by the way she was acting.

Bill isn’t likely to believe anything that Zende has to say. After all, Bill knows how RJ feels about Luna and is likely to feel that Zende was wrong regardless.
Bill also may decide to resort to threats to get Zende to back off, especially since Zende has admitted how much he wants to be with Luna. Will Zende listen to anything Bill has to say about the subject?
Spoilers say Bill will prove himself as a fill-in dad for Luna so he obviously comes to her rescue in some form. Will Bill be the one who gets Zende to back off and leave Luna alone?
Could Bill suggest framing Zende for drugging Luna? Will Bill just be there when Luna needs a shoulder to cry on and a father figure to give her some advice?
