‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers Monday, April 21: Steffy’s Heartbreak, Liam’s Denial, Eric’s Magical Fashion Show

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, April 21, 2025, suggest that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will react to Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) diagnosis; however, he’s in denial.

Meanwhile, the team at Forrester Creations is getting ready for a spectacular fashion show.

John Finnegan’s Bombshell

In the next episode, fans can expect Steffy to continue reacting to Finn’s text message. As Liam was dancing with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras), Finn let Steffy know the patient had left the hospital against medical advice.

Then, Finn alerted Steffy that it was urgent as Liam has an inoperable brain tumor.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Heartbreak

A preview clip for next week shows Finn sitting on the couch at home with Steffy. The executive is sobbing as she processes the impending death of her daughter’s father.

Finn will try to reassure his wife. However, Steffy then drops her own bombshell on the good doctor.

Steffy informs Finn that she has to be the one to tell Liam that he’s dying. Finn seems stunned, but under the circumstances, he might be okay with it.

After all, half the staff violates HIPAA on a daily basis. Remember, it’s a soap opera, not real life, so real-world rules don’t apply.

Liam Spencer’s Steel Determination

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Liam will learn that he has a fatal diagnosis. It seems that Liam doesn’t want to accept that he’s on borrowed time.

Liam says in a preview clip that he doesn’t accept his death sentence.

Liam’s denial might worry Steffy. She might even push and plead with Liam to stay in the hospital. However, that is the last place anyone wants to be in their final hours.

It wouldn’t be too far-fetched for Steffy to invite Liam to stay with her until he dies. What kind of man would Finn be if he refused?

Fans will also see Forrester Creations get ready for a big fashion show. In a preview clip, Eric gushes to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Cricket Blair (Lauralee Bell, The Young and the Restless) about “mystery and magic”.

There are also going to be some guest stars and special appearances, including by Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, so stay tuned!
