The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, December 8, suggest some major drama. For one thing, Eric Forrester (John McCook) refuses to be forced into retirement.
Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) explodes over being banned from the wedding. That leads to Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) being cornered.

Eric Forrester’s Refusal
Let’s start with Eric, who was blindsided by a retirement party. The patriarch has no intention of putting down the pencil and retiring. Although he did agree with Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) that he would find time to relax.
However, all of Eric’s hard work on those designs was for nothing. Eric was summoned to the office and thought for sure Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) would change his mind. But, Eric walked into a surprise retirement party.

Ridge Forrester’s Pressure
Even though Eric refuses to retire, Ridge tells him that he has no choice. This will lead to an epic feud between Ridge and Eric. It will also force everyone in the family, as well as at Forrester Creations, to pick sides.
It seems that Ridge and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) don’t mean to hurt Eric. However, after his “death” last year, they don’t want the job to kill him.
So, expect Ridge to keep putting pressure on Eric to retire. Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) was at the party, but this could put him in the middle of Eric and Ridge’s feud.

I wonder if Carter feels the same way as Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire), that this should be Eric’s decision and no one else’s?
Sheila Carter Sharpe Explodes
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that the next episode could have Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) telling Sheila that she’s not invited to the wedding.
Instead of just accepting it and staying home, Sheila is full of rage! In a weekly preview clip, Deacon walks Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) down the aisle as Sheila seemingly threatens Taylor.

Taylor Hayes Confronted
While nothing more has happened between Deacon and Taylor, Sheila could start to think otherwise. Being banned from Hope and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) wedding has seemed to cause Sheila to snap.
Could Taylor actually be in grave danger, especially when Sheila accuses her of calling her crazy? It’s going to be an action-packed week, so stay tuned!
