B&B spoilers reveal that fans recently watched as Katie cornered Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Katie blamed Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) putting a spell on Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). If Steffy would have testified, then Sheila would be in prison and Bill wouldn’t be in this mess.

When Katie confronted Steffy and demanded to know the details of the blackmail, Taylor walked in and interrupted.
