B&B spoilers reveal that Bill tried to get Katie Logan (Heather Tom) back for several months. However, Katie decided not to get back together with Bill no matter how many times he pleaded. Katie has heard all of Bill’s promises before and won’t fall for them again.

Bill also tried to propose to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Despite Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) not being in the picture right now, Brooke rejected the marriage proposal. Now Bill is with Sheila, which is shocking everyone. While Bill and Sheila passionately kissed in front of Taylor and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), something is very wrong with this picture.

Everyone is beginning to learn that Sheila was released from jail and is a free woman. This is causing a lot of confusion as Steffy’s testimony was supposed to put Sheila in prison. On Monday, January 16, expect more characters to learn that Bill blackmailed Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Steffy chose not to testify in order to prevent her own mother from going to prison.
