B&B spoilers for Monday reveal that Ridge will learn that Liam confessed to the hit-and-run that killed Vinny. He will tell Thomas the news and knows that he might have an explosive reaction. Ridge is right about that and he struggles to help his son cope. However, there is only so much Ridge can do when Thomas explodes.

Thomas will completely snap when he learns that the person who hit Vinny and left him to die was none other than Liam. He will learn that Liam was the driver and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) covered up the crime. Thomas wanted answers and he wanted the person responsible to pay the price. So, what is Thomas going to do now that he knows who is responsible for his best friend’s death?
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Spencer’s Plea

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that last week, Hope called Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin). She wanted to tell him that Liam might have driven the car, but it was Bill who covered up the crime. She wants Bill to pay for ripping her family apart and thinks he is wholly responsible for the crime. However, Baker tells Hope that Bill already confessed but Liam isn’t getting released.
On Monday, Hope will take action by contacting Justin. She begs him to do whatever it takes to get Liam released from jail.
B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer’s Future
Even though Liam did hit Vinny with the car, there is speculation that he might not be responsible for the young man’s death. Somehow, Bill and Liam will both avoid prison time so there will probably be a shocking development in the case. There is reason to believe that Thomas will actually find out that Liam is guilty of a hit-and-run but innocent of murder. It certainly would be ironic if Thomas was the person who ends up being responsible for Liam’s freedom.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Casting News: Juan Blasquez
On Monday, also expect to see Juan Blasquez play a prison guard. He is keeping a very close eye on Liam, according to Soap Opera Digest. Why is he watching Liam so closely? Is this Bill’s doing as a way to keep Liam safe while behind bars? Is this prison guard somehow responsible for Vinny’s murder? Or perhaps the guard has sinister motives? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to find out.
