The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and recaps for Monday, November 9, 2020, reveal in Los Angeles Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) gets his marching orders. The Hope mannequin commands him to save Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and kill Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Thomas’s vision blurs as he sees two of the mannequin. Thomas fights the voices. He says that he’s changed. The mannequin agrees that Thomas is the man Hope needs now. Hope wants Thomas, but he’ll never have Hope as long as Liam’s around.

Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) screams at the mannequin, demanding to know who the mannequin really is. Thomas can’t deny that everyone suffers because of selfish Liam. The mannequin’s face changes from plastic to the real deal. The mannequin becomes a living breathing Hope (Annika Noelle) for now until the real Hope comes to take her place. She says that all he has to do to have the real Hope is to eliminate Liam. Thomas admits that he loves Hope and can’t look at her without wanting to touch or kiss her.

Steffy Forrester Wants To Make Sure Hope Logan Is Fine

At Forrester Creations, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wants to make sure Hope’s okay with Liam spending time at her house. Kelly Spencer has loved having her father around. Hope promises that she’s not annoyed. Liam’s “Dad” skills are one of the things she loves about him.

Liam (Scott Clifton) bursts in with shocking news about Steffy’s insane brother. He says that he had to leave Thomas’ apartment before things got physical. Liam is convinced that Thomas is still unhinged. Liam has proof that Thomas is obsessed with Hope—Thomas has a mannequin in his apartment that looks exactly like Hope. Thomas claims that the mannequin is just a prop he uses to inspire his designs. Liam is surprised that Steffy and Hope aren’t as stunned by Thomas’ actions as he is.

Hope wonders if Thomas is keeping the mannequin until he can bring it back to Forrester Creations. Steffy finds it odd and Hope finds it weird, but they both try to justify Thomas’ behavior. Hope is more concerned that Thomas felt like he had to hide the truth from them.

Hope Logan Accuses Liam Of Not Having Faith In Thomas Forrester

Hope accuses her husband of not having faith in Thomas to change for the better. Instead of listening and hearing Thomas out and giving him the benefit of the doubt, Liam had to confront him. Thomas is going to be a part of their lives whether they like it or not because he is Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) father.

Liam flips out when Hope announces that she’s hired Thomas to be part of the Hope for the Future team. An exasperated Hope tells Liam that everything has been fine—Thomas has been respectful and making amazing designs. Hope wonders why everything just can’t stay pleasant. She runs out in tears, upset that Liam had to go and provoke Thomas and ruin everything.

Liam believes he has every right to worry about Thomas. The past is prologue. Steffy sides with Hope in defending Thomas and asks Liam to cut her brother some slack. Liam says that Thomas is not on his best behavior but is trash-talking him behind his back to Steffy’s boyfriend. Thomas has been planting the seed in Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) head that Liam will steal Steffy. Thomas is trying to turn Finn and Liam against each other.

Steffy Forrester Assures Finn That Liam Forrester Doesn’t Want Her Back

Steffy promises to assure Finn that Liam isn’t planning to win her back. She asks Liam to ignore it if Thomas says otherwise. Liam needs to have faith in the possibility that Thomas has changed and isn’t fixated on Hope. She wants to believe he’s learned from his mistakes.

Liam reminds her that Thomas is an expert consummate liar. If they don’t acknowledge that Thomas has something mentally wrong with him, he won’t get the professional help he needs. Steffy accuses Liam of being melodramatic. Liam is calling it as he sees it. Hope and Steffy have a blind spot. Thomas can manipulate Hope because she sees the good in everyone. If the mannequin doesn’t scream “obsession,” Liam doesn’t know what does.

Thomas Forrester Hides The Mannequin From Hope Logan

Thomas hides the mannequin when Hope drops by. She apologizes for Liam’s behavior. Thomas says that Liam is a hothead, but he won’t trash him. Thomas wants to explain why he has the mannequin. When he first saw the mannequin, it affected him deeply. He knew it would inspire him to be a better artist. Hope wants to see the mannequin. She paces his apartment nervously until he brings it out. She’s amazed at the resemblance.

The mannequin orders Thomas to take Hope now because Hope wants him.
