The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday reveal that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) has finally made her decision. Despite the love that she has for Bill, Katie believes that he is too extreme and reckless. Katie wasn’t just talking about Bill and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissing.
