Fans watched in horror as Eric collapsed, then said goodbye as his eyelids fluttered shut. Eric does get transported to a hospital. However, Eric can’t make his own medical decisions, so he appears to be in a coma.

During the week of December 11, fans will see Ridge be forced to make the hardest decision of his life. It won’t be easy for Ridge (or anyone) to decide whether to save someone or pull the plug.

The closer one is to someone, the harder the decision seems to be. Ridge knows what his father wanted, which was to die in peace. However, Ridge still will wonder if that is the right decision.

Ridge struggles with this decision even more when Eric’s condition worsens. So, it seems likely that Ridge tells doctors not to keep Eric alive with machines.

However, Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon), Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones), and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plead with Ridge to reconsider.

However, it seems Ridge is still determined to honor his father’s wishes. That forces Bridge and Thorne to advocate for Eric. It is also stated that Ridge “allows” Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) to say one last goodbye to Eric.

That sounds like things get extremely tense. At the same time, we have a feeling that B&B fans might get a Christmas miracle.

During the week of December 18, Dr. Martin (Cirie Fields, Big Brother Season 25) is brought in as a consulting physician. So, it sounds like Finn and Bridget will get some help with Eric’s case.

Fans will also meet James, a Forrester Creations employee. That character will be played by Big Brother Season 25 runner-up Matt Klotz.

It is teased that James will share scenes with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), Ridge “RJ” Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman), and Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). Could James accidentally complicate the dynamics between Zende, RJ, and Luna?
