Hope doesn’t call her own doctor. Hope also doesn’t go to the emergency room. Apparently, Hope turns to Finn for help.
Considering that Hope ends up going to the wedding, the emergency might not be life-threatening. Some fans think that Hope might even be pregnant with Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) baby!

During the week of May 20, Hope and Finn will have to determine their decisions about Deacon’s wedding requests. Deacon wants Hope to be Sheila’s maid of honor. Deacon has also requested Finn as his best man.
Now, Finn knows exactly how Steffy is going to react when she learns the news. Even though Finn hasn’t made a decision yet, he knows there is no way he can participate in the wedding. Steffy would take the kids and leave!
However, Hope has been trying to coax Finn by saying it would be nice to not do it alone. Finn is a really nice guy, and he might think he can secretly support Hope and maybe Steffy won’t find out about it.
Now, if Steffy can look at a grainy photo to see Sheila in the background of Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) playdate, she will certainly see Finn at Sheila’s wedding!

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of May 20 reveal that Steffy will vent to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) about Hope being a bad influence on Finn. Sheila makes a huge request of Finn.
Steffy, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) all try to stop Hope from going to the wedding. There will also be another appearance from Clint Howard. It turns out homeless Tom is going to officiate Sheila and Deacon’s wedding!

During the week of May 27, Finn and Steffy have an intense showdown. So, it sounds like Finn indeed goes to Sheila’s wedding. Steffy will consider this the end of her marriage. Now, will Finn be permitted to see his son, Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks)?
Plus, Deacon and Sheila will likely go on some sort of honeymoon.
Over with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), she had a negative pregnancy test. However, the complications aren’t quite over yet for Ridge “RJ” Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman) and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).
