He finds a mannequin that looks just like Hope.

Liam will go to Hope and Steffy to tell them about what he found in Thomas’ apartment. Of course, Steffy won’t want to believe it, but she is torn because of what her brother told Finn. As for Hope, she will probably be in disbelief. It boggles her mind why Thomas would have a mannequin that looks exactly like her. She is going to want to see if for herself and is hoping that Liam is mistaken.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from TV Watercooler reveal that during the week of November 9, Hope will face her plastic doppelganger. It is teased that she will be shocked, so we are thinking that Hope might not have ordered a life-sized doll that looks exactly like her. That would be a bit narcissistic, even for Hope.
It is more likely that Thomas ordered it and had it delivered, but doesn’t remember because of his mental illness. In Thomas’ mind, it’s all Dolly Hope’s doing.
B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester’s Future
Storylines on the CBS soap have a tendency to last for several months. However, it seems that the schizophrenia plot is going to be resolved rather quickly. Once everyone finds out about Thomas and Dolly Hope, his loved ones will get him psychiatric help.

The bad news is that schizophrenia is a lifelong illness and is usually degenerative. However, each year, there are new treatment options and more effective medications that come out. This is good news to those who have the condition because it means a better prognosis for some of them. Hopefully, Thomas will be one of the lucky ones and get the help he needs.

I like Thomas I wish they would stop writing him up as the bad guy. I hope they write him past this Hope fascination it's ridiculous he deserve better.
I was hoping they would turn Thomas into a better person, but instead they r turning him into a nut case. I would rather see him have a brain tumor that can be operated on than have something for the rest of his life. MA does an excellent job in this roll.
