The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will no longer be part of the CBS soap. Flowers and Goodbye Photo
B&B spoilers reveal that a photo was posted on Instagram, which sparked fears that Sofer was leaving the soap. There were photos and cards as well as a caption from the actress herself. Sofer wrote,
“August 5, 2022 was a very big day for me. More to come…”
In addition to Sofer’s Instagram post, a card was left with a clue. The card read for Sofer to enjoy the next chapter of her life and that she would be missed.
B&B Spoilers: Rena Sofer’s Confirmation
After fans started wondering if Quinn really was being written out, the actress spoke up. On Twitter, Sofer shared a photo of the next issue of Soap Opera Digest. This particular issue will be available on Friday, August 19, 2022.
Sofer confirmed that she has already left the soap. In fact, August 5 was her last day of filming. In the photo on the magazine cover, it simply said that Sofer felt it was the right time to say goodbye.
How Will Quinn Forrester Exit?
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that there are a lot of ways Quinn could say goodbye. There is no word on Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) leaving. The relationship is going well, so we have to assume that Quinn exits alone. Could it be possible that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), who is not really dead, kills Quinn?
Perhaps that will be Quinn’s final redemption story. Maybe Quinn sees Sheila in disguise and jumps into action.

Sofer has played Quinn on B&B since 1990. Sofer’s other projects over the years have included Chicago PD, Once Upon a Time, Beauty and the Beast, Covert Affairs, The Glades and House. Sofer has also been in Medium, Royal Pains, NCIS, Two and a Half Men, Monk, Bones, Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer and Heroes. The actress might also be recognized from episodes of 24, Blind Justice, CSI: Miami, Friends and General Hospital.

Sad to see Rena leave B & B, liked her and her character. Maybe she just got tired of the same old repetitive storylines. Writers need to amp it up before more actors decide to leave.

I am really really sorry to hear this! I’ve been a HUGE fan of Rena since her days on General Hospital. I wasn’t sure about the character of Quinn to begin with but came to enjoy her quickly. Rena is a phenomenal actress and such a beauty. I am going to miss seeing her on B&B. Quinn was a breath of fresh air as compared to so many of the other whiny characters.
Wishing her all the successes in the world in whatever path she has chosen. If she ever decides to return to the soaps, there is a little town in New York named Port Charles that I am sure would welcome her back with open arms. I know her GH fans would.

It’s the saddest news. Quinn is the best character I’m gonna miss Quinn so much. This is not a good move for B&B. The days she’s on are the best. Instead stuck with winey Brooke. Yuck. Quinn please reconsider. Always thought her and bill would be great even her and ridge. Quinn your fans love you.
I figured that would happen. Once a character is no longer directly attached to a core family, the storylines dry up. Carter will go back to being the guy that performs Forrester or Logan weddings.
Let Quinn be the one to kill Sheila for good and she leaves before she is found out!!!!!!
I wish the headline was Brooke was leaving the show!!!! …I will miss Quinn, she is a versatile actress, not well utilized. She could have been the one who helped Eric in his last days ( hopefully coming soon) and take in the reigns of the company. I think the chemistry with Carter is great, but seen her 17y/o daughter recently in pictures than Rena honor her, I’m thinking is a little too much. You can still a great actress without parading around in your underwear.
I hate to see Rena Sofer leave too as she made the show fun. It so needs some fun. The Core family here is a big bore as they think they are better than anyone else. Even Sheila Carter can’t fix a bunch of arrogant people like they are. Eric is the only one who isn’t.I hope Rena finds another project that makes her happy.

Sorry to see Rena Sofer leave. Would enjoy seeing less crying, whining, and helpless characters & more showing some determination, grit & integrity. Talented writers can develop better story lines than just the usual messy themes we’ve been shown lately.
Wow so this soap is heading in a direction that will loose a ton of viewers. I for one will quit if this becomes a Logan show. It’s sad that it’s where it is now and sadly I dislike the Logan’s.

You are a great actress and I loved your feisty attitude and the way your character never went along with the program. You finally got together with your true love and now you are leaving. I hate that the only good actress in the show is leaving. Your ratings will go down even more. Everyone is tired of the rotation of the left over actors doing the same thing over and over. I said not long ago we needed a new writer and we need some of the old actors to leave. I meant to build on the the good. Not get rid of them.
Quinn and the marvelous actress who plays her is my FAVORITE CHARACTER on B&B……I think there was a lot of potential to keep her character in the show…I hope she decided to leave …this really cuts my interest in the B&B ….she was “vibrant and unpredictable” and now it is the same old dull storylines taking over as always….bad decision from the casting director…should have doubled her pay to keep her!!!

I will missQuinn. She keeps the soap alive. They should have written off Brooke, Donna and Hope. Their immoral ways, and wanting to be superior over the Forrester family. Sick of them.
I can’t believe Quinn has left , I remember when she 1st came out on GH she was so young n pretty and still is I wonder if she is getting replaced or what will happen with her new guy, no one never liked her there. If they don’t replace her, there is no one else on that show that I enjoy seeing so I just will stop watching.!!! And what is up w Ridge telling Brooke that she needed to be on his side about Douglas, OMG who is he like for real!!!!!!

I will miss Rena, thought she and Eric were great together. They were on a much more adult level that Eric and Donna. Their bed hopping is just so boring, was bored with the honeybear cramp years ago and now bringing it back is just ridiculous. Anyway wishing Rena Sofer all the best in her future endeavours!!
