The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Carter was crazy about Quinn at one time. Carter and Quinn had an affair while she was still with Eric Forrester (John McCook).

Eric later asked Carter to continue their affair since he was having ED issues at the time. Later, Eric and Quinn separated so she could be with Carter and he could be with Donna.

Carter was happy once Quinn broke up his wedding and moved in with him. Carter thought he had the woman he wanted to spend his life with and made plans for the future.

Suddenly, Quinn had a change of heart and left town so that Carter could find a woman who could give him a family. Has Quinn had a change of heart?

However, thanks to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones), Eric is well on his way to recovery. In fact, Eric has been given a clean bill of health.

Eric’s near-death could be Quinn’s excuse for coming back for a visit. After all, she was married to the man for a few years. It isn’t like Quinn and Eric were on bad terms when they divorced, they both just wanted something different.

However, that doesn’t mean that she won’t make a play to get Carter back when she does come home.

Carter and Katie seem to be fine. Carter hasn’t been pining away for Quinn since she left him. Carter found love with Katie and has moved on. It is very unlikely that Carter would go back to Quinn knowing they want different things in life.

Quinn cannot give Carter the family that he longs for and Katie can. Will Katie take that risk though considering her health issues?

Quinn seems to have lost her chance with Carter when she walked away from him after everything it took for them to be together.

Carter is happier than he has ever been and will likely continue his relationship with Katie and work at Forrester. Quinn should have stayed with Carter when she had the chance.
