The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers & Recap Tuesday September 8: Steffy Bonds With Finn, Hope Logan Feels Guilty

On the Tuesday, September 8, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) razzes Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) about his dried-up social life. Justin turns the tables, prying into Bill’s personal life. Bill is frustrated that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is still hung up on Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), even though he’s married to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). Ridge barges in and sets some ground rules for Bill. Justin blasts Ridge for stopping by unannounced.

Ridge doesn’t want Brooke, but he won’t let Bill have her. Bill is toxic to any woman who ever cared about him. Ridge tells Justin that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is still in pain because Bill mowed her down with his car. Ridge vows to always protect Brooke from guys like Bill.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Feels Guilty

At the cabin, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) worries because Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) is late bringing the kids back from the beach, which means Hope will be late returning Kelly to Steffy. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) agrees that the sooner Kelly is back in her mother’s arms, the better off Steffy will be.

Liam starts to call Steffy, but Hope reminds him that Steffy isn’t alone—she’s with her doctor. Brooke stops by. Hope feels guilty for keeping Kelly from Steffy. They worry about Steffy’s pain. Hope says Steffy didn’t want her around when Finn arrived. They wonder if there’s more to the doctor-patient relationship.

Brooke tells her daughter that it’s been really painful to watch her marriage crumble. She’s grateful that Liam and Hope are happy and healthy. Hope wishes that Ridge and Brooke could reunite. Hope feels happy and at peace about the state of her family with Liam. She professes her undying love for him.

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Confides In Dr. John Finnegan

Steffy confides in Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about her fears that she won’t be able to parent her little girl without pain relief. Steffy continues to push for one more refill on her medication. Dr. Finn puts his foot down. He says Steffy won’t be any good to Kelly if she becomes overly dependent on opioids. Steffy goes on the defensive when Finn suggests she’s becoming addicted. He promises that the pain will go away, but she needs to deal with her emotions.

Steffy opens up to Finn about her rocky past with Liam and Hope. She’s still grieving about having to give up baby “Phoebe” who was named after Steffy’s dead sister. Steffy tells him that, just as she lost Liam to Hope Logan, her mother fell in love with Steffy’s father only to lose him to Brooke Logan. Her mother left town because it was too painful to watch Ridge with another woman.

Finn wants her to realize that she’s mourning the loss of her family. Steffy tells Finn that she trusts him. Finn is called away to an emergency. Finn gives her his direct phone number and asks her to reach out for help if she needs it.
