This week Bill came on to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and her sister Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Yes, he is that dastardly.

He told the mag, “For months Bill has been trying to be a better man.” And that is true. He helped Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) escape a grimy alley and regain her consciousness after she was blown up in a car explosion courtesy of Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

She praised him and Bill protested that his crusty rep was at stake—apparently the writers took that as advice and a potentially scintillating romance has gone nowhere. Many fans were disappointed in this dropping of the ball, but perhaps Fyah Bill is more interesting than Saint Bill?
