During the week of September 27, Ridge confronts Quinn about her cheating. Ridge is furious and can’t believe that Quinn is betraying Eric all over again. Even though Carter is also a willing participant, Ridge is giving him a pass. Ridge’s beef is with Quinn and Quinn alone.

Kaye explained to Soap Opera Digest that Carter is a single man who is simply getting it on with a woman. However, in Ridge’s eyes, Quinn is married and shouldn’t be sleeping with anyone other than Eric. So, it seems more double standards are coming into play.

After Quinn blames her cheating on Eric, Ridge decides that he has no choice. Ridge plans on taking the information about Carter and Quinn straight to Eric. It’s something Ridge isn’t looking forward to. Despite his personal feelings about Quinn, Ridge just wants his father to be happy. When Ridge learns the truth, he will be understandably stunned.

“Ridge just wants to point out that even though Eric thinks he can’t replace this woman, he absolutely can.”
