As viewers know, Ridge doesn’t remember texting Carter to file paperwork that resulted in the legal divorce from Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). The reason why Ridge doesn’t remember what happened is that Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards) sent both texts, after being prompted by Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) to do so.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s Feelings Are Totally Justified
Brooke has created drama over the years. Most recently she was the reason why Ridge became incensed. He couldn’t believe that she would betray his trust by kissing Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) in the cabin.
Shauna was involved in that highly charged private event being exposed at the intended Bridge reunion party back in April. However, her best friend, Quinn, actually engineered the visual boom.
The last paragraph allows fans to know that Brooke’s suspicions are not only right, regarding her enemy’s duplicity, but that they will also likely lead her to keep pushing for answers.

B&B Spoilers – Shauna Fulton Forrester Wasn’t Wronged
Ridge has made mistakes. But the only truly egregious one took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he chose to drink too much. He lost control of his ability to make sober decisions as a result.
Shauna’s susceptibility to the power of Quinn’s suggestion doesn’t mean she’s a bad person. Richards’ character actually has strong feelings for Ridge.
As B&B fans know, Shauna was drinking too. She wasn’t nearly as loose as Ridge, but her clouded state of mind and feeling within the moment proved too much.
Shauna is responsible for implementing Quinn’s advice. But if Sofer’s character hadn’t inserted herself into the situation, though a cell phone call, then Shauna surely wouldn’t have thought to text Carter. That also means she wouldn’t have married Ridge at the wedding chapel on the strip.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Must Fight For What’s Right
Ridge’s instincts are right. He wants to fight to restore his marriage to Brooke.
Kaye’s character doesn’t know what Shauna and Quinn did yet. So his thoughts of annulment and ongoing conversations with Brooke, Eric Forrester (John McCook), and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are purely based on the positive feelings that are in his heart.
Anger will follow either before the sham marriage is exposed, or after. There is no doubt that Brooke is Ridge’s destiny. Lang’s character may be deeply hurt. But her feelings will lift whenever this reveal drops.
