As of Thursday’s episode, we still don’t know what is wrong with the designer. What has been revealed through spoilers and interviews is that she doesn’t want anyone knowing about her illness. So, why won’t she allow those that care about her to be a support system?

B&B spoilers confirm Sally doesn’t have a diagnosis yet but she has already prepared for the worst. She knows deep inside that something is very wrong. Like she told the doctor, she can’t ignore her symptoms any longer. In the meantime, she has asked Katie Logan (Heather Tom) not to say anything about her medical crisis.

However, this won’t be easy for Katie. She ends up confiding in Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and later, tells Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) about Sally’s secret.

In last week’s issue of Soap Opera Digest, Courtney Hope stated that the reason Sally is carrying this burden alone is because of Spectra pride. However, she also admits that the character feels more alone than ever. It feels nice to have one person to confide in, which is Katie.
