The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila Blackmails Deacon, Divorce Is Not An Option

If Hope and Deke REALLY wanted their dad to be happy on The Bold and the Beautiful, they would hire him an attorney. 

Hope Logan and her little bro have been encouraging their father Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to dump Sheila for months now.  But, did any one bother to ask the Il Giardino owner if he had a prenup?  

Does Sheila Own Half Of Il Giardino

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have made it pretty clear that Deacon Sharpe does NOT want to be married to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) a minute longer. 

But, the Il Giardino owner is too chicken to tell his wife the truth.  Instead he has been sneaking around behind her back with his therapist for weeks. 

Eventually Deacon Sharpe is going to have to put on his big boy panties and tell his wife he wants a divorce.  Deacon hasn’t thought past Sheila going on a killing spree to consider the fact that he might need a good attorney. 

Deacon has been so caught up in his romance with Taylor Hayes, he hasn’t considered the fact that dying a grizzly death at the hands of his wife might be EASIER than divorcing her.  

Sheila Doubles Down

At the end of the day, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) doesn’t want to lose her husband.  Even if Deacon doesn’t want to be with her, Sheila’s not going to let him leave her.  According to Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Sheila is going to have a trick or two up her sleeve. 

If there’s no prenup and Deacon divorces Sheila, doesn’t she own half of his restaurant?  Rather than going to prison for shooting Taylor Hayes, Sheila can use Il Giardino as leverage to force her hubby to stay in their loveless marriage. 

Considering how many investors and loans he has tied up in the restaurant, it’s a safe bet that he can’t afford to pay her alimony either.   

Do you think that Sheila will use the restaurant to force Deacon to stay married to her?  If she has proof he cheated on her, could Sheila Carter take him to the cleaners?
