The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Sheila is determined to keep Bill on her side no matter what it takes. Bill is the one person keeping Sheila out of prison, and she will not let that go. If Bill comes to his sense, Sheila would be arrested at the drop of a hat. Sheila needs to shut Katie down once and for all, and it needs to happen now.
