The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila Startled, Mike’s Back To Being A Guard?

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will be startled when she spots someone she knows in the jail. After Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) takes her in, there’s her old friend Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) back to being a guard.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – How?

The last time Sheila saw Mike, he was helping her tend to her son John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and helped her escape. Sheila had been shackled to the bed Finn had previously been occupying and Mike had come up behind Li Finnegan, (Naomi Matsuda) and knocked her out.

Baker and his men came right after, with Sheila making a very narrow escape; she could have sworn she saw the cops slap cuffs on Mike, yet here he is.

Sheila had assumed that Mike would have been at the very least facing charges for assault. But there he is, guard uniform, badge and all-and she wonders if he’ll help her escape again.

B & B Spoilers – Mike Guthrie Had To See For Himself

It turns out Mike is there at Sheila’s cell because he had to see for himself; of course he heard that she had been mauled to death by a bear. He had to see for himself that she was alive, although he didn’t request her to take her shoe off to prove she cut off her toe.

He notes that must have taken some kind of desperation to try and set up a scene like that and he’s amazed she lived through it. All kinds of infection could have set in, gangrene, sepsis, not to mention if she’d have cut wrong, bleeding out. She reminds him she’s a trained nurse who brought her son back to life in front of him when he coded-twice.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter’s Staying There

Mike tells Sheila he’s learned his lesson, and she’s staying right there where she belongs; he won’t be swayed by her looks or her ploys for his sympathy. Sheila asks him how he got out of accessory charges for helping her before, and he won’t go into it with her. Suffice it to say he scored some brownie points for being cooperative and told Baker it was Sheila, not him, who knocked Li out.

Sheila’s not exactly happy that Mike threw her under the bus for that but understands he didn’t have a lot of choice in the matter-she’d have done the same. Mike no longer views Sheila as a victim of unfortunate circumstances, she’s definitely the mistress of her own destiny.
