The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is on the warpath now that Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) has shown that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) is Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) daughter. Dr. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) administered the paternity test, so it has to be legit, right? Not in Katie’s world!

Katie thinks she smells a rat, and we predict that she is not going to give up until she catches Peppermint Poppy in her trap.

Katie has discovered a connection between Poppy and murdered Tom Starr (Clint Howard) who claimed he was Luna’s dad. Katie finds out that Tom was playing at the music festival the night Luna was conceived.

To her this is all the proof that she needs that Poppy is lying. Will Katie take her conjecture farther and accuse Poppy of killing Tom to make sure her secret stayed secret?

There are some other tantalizing clues at play in this baby daddy plot. The show has hinted that several people could have fathered Luna.

This includes Li’s ex husband Jack Finnegan (Ted King) and their son John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). What a mess.

It doesn’t help that Poppy has a reputation as a loose woman plus the fact that Li claims she’s also a gold digger.

Could Bill have influenced Li to make sure the paternity test showed he was the dad? Or maybe Li doctored the test all on her own? Anything is possible on soaps—including a legitimately false result.

Katie’s lack of boundaries with Bill tease that she could keep digging. Is she brazen enough to steal DNA samples and run her own paternity test? You bet she is!

She waltzes into Bill’s home anytime she wants, so taking some hair from a hairbrush or stealing a toothbrush would be easy for her.

But how would Bill react to learning that Luna is not his daughter? Not very well if his past behavior is any indication. This is the man who blew up a building with his son Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in it.
