The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) must make a difficult decision. In order to keep Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) from pressing charges for an old shooting by Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) they must help Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) go free.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – But Sheila Carter Is Already In Jail
Sheila is already in jail, and Finn and Steffy weren’t the ones who called the cops on her when she was in her house, so they’re really in a bind. They can’t prove they didn’t call the cops on her because neither Sheila nor Dollar Bill seem to want to be honest about this. The whole intent of the blackmail was to keep Sheila from being discovered and arrested, and yet there she is-and how can they go back and deny their shootings?
Their shootings are what Sheila’s charges were for to begin with and why she was arrested as a fugitive. The only thing they can do short of helping in a jailbreak, which they will not do, is deny she was in their house – but that’s where the cops showed up!
B & B Spoilers – All They Can Do Is Try
All they can do is try – there is one obvious charge that needs to be dropped, and that’s the one for the murder of Finn. He’s standing there alive in front of them so that’s plenty of proof-he can maybe fudge the circumstances a little bit of his shooting. He went looking for Steffy in an effort to keep her from antagonizing Sheila, because that in fact is what he did, he can say he went as a peacemaker. They cannot completely get charges dropped, but perhaps they can get them reduced..Sheila shouldn’t be pointing loaded guns at people, but there’s no proof it was intentional. Steffy’s a hard sell on that narrative, but her mother’s freedom is at stake even now, because Sheila’s in jail.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – They Make Promises
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn and Steffy are forced to make promises to Bill and Sheila that they’re not sure they can keep, but they are willing to try to get the charges reduced. They can change the narrative of their shootings to say it may have been accidental and that Finn scared Sheila when he jumped in front of Steffy; the gun went off. Reasonable doubt is all the jury needs to get an acquittal, but they can’t prove they called the cops this time.
Bill seems confused but he’s confusing Steffy even more with his rambling and conflicting statements to her. Finn thinks perhaps Sheila has drugged him, but he can’t prove it and Bill won’t take a blood test; they go to the magistrate to try and make new statements.
