Nothing untoward happened, but Ridge was provided evidence later in the plot that showed Deacon leaving Brooke’s home on New Year’s morning. Lang’s character was profoundly apologetic.

All that happened this year created an opportunity for Ridge to see who Steffy and Thomas believe Brooke really is, a drag on their father’s life. However, Steffy is teased to learn something important.

The official Christmas shopping season gets underway on the first Friday in December. B&B will be preempted on United States Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
With whatever Steffy learns, Thomas seems unlikely to be fully revealed during this holiday week. But Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) knowledge of his father’s actions set the daytime clock ticking.
Douglas is not the type of boy to keep this secret hidden. He is giving his dad an opportunity to admit his guilt. Whether Steffy protects Thomas or informs Taylor, or potentially others, will soon be seen on B&B.
