The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Splinters, Overprotective Of Finn?

The Bold And The Beautiful: Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood)The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and rumors tease that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) could splinter emotionally and mentally once she and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) reunite. She could become psychotically overprotective of Finn because of what they went through for the last few months.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – He Won’t Want To Be Controlled

After being conscious for however many weeks he was when Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was presumed dead and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) was in charge, Finn is tired of control. He couldn’t wait to get out of that makeshift hospital room and find Steffy, calling first to let her know that he is alive. Even if he got her voicemail at least she would know he’s not dead, and being in a rehab for depression he may have gotten her voicemail.

But, at least he knows that Sheila doesn’t have Steffy or the kids, because he just left where she was at and she’d have no way to get to Monaco. Thanks to Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) he knows Li is alive and soon he will be with his wife and the kids again.

B&B Spoilers – Finally Back Together

Finally Finn and Steffy are back together and reunited, in the beautiful location of Monaco, and Steffy’s parents are there for support as well. It was understandable that Steffy thought she had developed some kind of traumatic psychosis when she heard his voice on the phone and saw him the first time. He had to explain what had happened and prove to her he was real and he was alive and he was her husband. It’s expected that both have been through months of trauma and there will be some psychological and emotional bumps along the road to happily ever after. But what Finn doesn’t expect is that Steffy’s psyche was fractured so badly by what she saw and endured that she becomes desperately overprotective of him and even controlling.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Back To Normal-Not So Much

When Finn, Steffy and the kids arrive back home from Europe, of course life won’t return to normal right away. That is to be expected; for one thing, Finn’s death certificate has to be undone, and he will have some further recovery time before returning to work as normal. Steffy may want, and actually need, more recovery time as well considering the trauma she endured losing Finn, and then adjusting to his return.

When it’s time for Finn and Steffy to go back to their careers and especially for Finn to begin doctoring again, problems start to happen; Steffy becomes paranoid about Finn. Sheila is no longer a threat but Steffy sees her around every corner and thinks she’s going to take Finn away from her again, and Finn bucks against her control.

B&B Spoilers – Paranoia Problems And More

Steffy may not physically see Sheila, like in the sense that she is hallucinating her, but she senses her threat even though she’s not anywhere near. Steffy becomes so paranoid that Sheila is going to take Finn again, perhaps even kill the both of them that she becomes controlling and overprotective.

At first, Finn tries to reason with her and lets her know he can take care of himself; if he had not been shot and unconscious he would have fought Sheila. Finn tries to be reassuring and understanding, but he’s starting to feel like Steffy’s trying to keep a leash on him or put him in a cage. Steffy’s love is starting to feel like what Sheila said was love, and this is a problem they must solve if they are to continue moving forward.
