“Though it’s a time of mourning for Steffy, a romance is in her future – something that’s quite unexpected,” Bell said.
Plenty of room exists in that statement for all fans. Steffy is mourning Finn’s death. So, that should mean he is dead and was not revived by whomever, with that secret being kept.
As for romance in her future, Steffy will need time to griever and could meet someone new. That is what made Finn such an engaging character. Steffy had no history with him, and their relationship was fresh from the start to the unwanted and shocking end.

B&B Spoilers – Reconnecting With A Former Flame?
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is happily married to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). Fans of Steffy and Finn are rightfully wondering, or in some cases fearing, a return to the Steffy, Liam, Hope triangle arc that persisted for years. Hopefully, that does not happen, with that ground being well-worn.
Since Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has not reunited with Katie Logan (Heather Tom), per her choice, he is available. Bill’s absence during the early hours of Steffy’s shooting has been noticeable. It would seem logical for him to appear soon and potentially become a comeback romance option.
Bill’s son and Liam‘s brother, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), is Steffy’s other ex-husband (along with Liam). Wyatt is tight with Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden) but that couple has not been seen regularly in months.
So, a re-coupling between Wood and Brooks’ characters can not be ruled out. Steffy had other past loves who could be revival romance interests as well.

The Bold And The Beautiful – Tanner Novlan Is Gone
Bell said in the referenced SOD article that he loved working with Novlan, and Finn and Steffy were a good couple. But the backstage decision to put Steffy on another path necessitated Novlan’s cast exit.
Unless Bell is holding something back to maintain the element of surprise, Novlan is not coming back as Finn’s identical twin. That is a hard out for scores of B&B fans who applauded Novlan’s entrance, the strong chemistry he and Wood consistently demonstrated, and the inability to see how this couple’s family life would have played out.

Sure hope Steffi & LIAM aren't put in a relationship again, That has been over played on BnB to many times!! When people get divorced, they don't pine away for a past Person whom it didn't work out with the numerous times before , like in a Soap opera- Steffi was so smugg to Brooke , yet Brooke took up for her family!!

Maybe Mr. Bell could put Steffy with Carter. Give Steffy and Quinn something to fight about..although I do like Quinn with Carter . Quinn seemed to be a totally different woman when she's with Carter. For crying out loud ,PUT SHEILA BEHIND BARS !!
Steam love them together. They have always been fun and have truly been soulmates But the writers split them as soon as they get back together That’s why I stopped watching I had watched faithfully since show began. Lope boring. No sparks or romance Liam became a wimp with Hope. Tied of the Logan show
Wyatt belongs with Flo, not Steffy. Carter or Bill are a better choice for Steffy
