The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and rumors tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) might move to invalidate Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) adoption of Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri). She has plenty of proof to invalidate it based on Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) not having been competent to sign the legal document at the time.

It’s easy to see after Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) kept saying Thomas needed to return HOPE’S SON to his mother where it’s headed. Even Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) who has no earthly business getting involved at all is putting on the pressure, insisting Douglas belongs with HIM and Hope.

Taylor has to fight fire with fire, and where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Why he asked Hope to raise Douglas when they weren’t even together was foolish when he had a sister who could have stepped in.

B & B Spoilers – A Son Belongs With His Father

While Taylor can provide proof of Thomas’ incompetency when he signed the adoption agreement with Hope, she can also provide proof of his competency now to raise his son. Thomas has done the hard work overcoming his obsession and other serious problems, although an argument for a possibly long-existing brain aneurysm could come into play as well. That, however is only a theory because he hadn’t had the brain scans over time to back it up. What Taylor doesn’t want, unlike Brooke has accused her of, is a little boy to be played like a ping pong ball or used as a pawn. Thomas has also been accused by Liam of using Douglas to get Hope back like Taylor’s been accused of using him to get Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) back; not true.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Things Might Get Ugly

Things might get ugly regarding Douglas’ custody and the last thing Taylor wants is for her grandson to be in the middle. She acknowledges that Hope is the only mother he’s ever known, having been too young when his birth mother died to remember her. Taylor needs to move fast on invalidating the adoption before Brooke tries to prove Thomas an unfit father, because she wouldn’t put it past her.

Invalidating Hope’s adoption is a last resort, but Taylor is prepared to do it if it comes to that. She hopes that it won’t and that an amicable solution can be found.
