B&B is the last half-hour steamer standing. Its cast list is naturally shorter than that of the one-hour soap operas. Only nineteen headshots are seen on the show’s main cast page, with other side characters also known. With the Taylor character returning, it’s fair to wonder who might be destined to leave the cast.

One anticipated departure is whoever murdered Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul Hollis Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers). Of course, this assumes that the same person killed both people.

Jack Finnegan (Ted King) could be easily written out because he is a sporadically seen side character. Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) would be a harder out because of this character’s more extended ties in Los Angeles, California.

Li Nozawa (Naomi Matsuda) is a slightly under-the-radar possibility. But she might have some complex motive for killing both men.

Other possibilities include Li’s distrusted sister, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park). While Tom’s backpack appears to have been planted in her apartment to make Poppy look guilty, she remains suspect.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Stands Tall

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is at the height of her regained power. Within the last year, she not only secured the love of her life, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), but she has also returned to prominence within the fashion world.

Krista Allen embodied Taylor’s most recent incarnation. That actor’s run from 2021 through last year provided a fresh take on this legacy character.

While momentum was solid, Taylor never realized the long-hoped-for remarriage to Ridge. Viewers likely felt that Taylor’s storyline lost steam, which led to an unresolved ending. That implied an eventual return, including the cast change to daytime veteran Budig.

It was dramatic to appear in covered garb and out of Brooke and Ridge’s sight lines while they were at the Fashion Summit in Monte Carlo. Fans instantly wondered why Taylor was written into that location shoot and what’s coming next.

Another play for Ridge must include a different angle to make it palatable. New territory needs to be explored rather than rehashing what Taylor, played by Allen and the original actor who portrayed this character, Hunter Tylo, already covered.
