Katie is battle weary from all the times Bill let her down and hurt her, and it’s just too much water under the bridge. Bill starts talking to Taylor about his troubles, not professionally, but the two begin bonding as close friends, and he gives Taylor a new perspective on her waffling ex!

Taylor hasn’t been around for much of the past years when Bill and Ridge had their famous fights over Brooke. But she has heard enough to know that what split them up the last time also split up Bill and Katie, and Bill is sincere about wanting to change.

This is certainly no whirlwind romance or one night hookup that happens between Dollar Bill and Taylor; they just become closer the more they talk about their hurts. Taylor should know this as a psychiatrist that the more intimate the conversations become and the more they reveal to each other, the closer bond there will be. But since Bill is not her patient, she lets down her guard of objectivity in a similar manner to when she befriended Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). But though Bill has been a stinker in his past, he’s certainly no Sheila and he’s not a psychopath, and like Taylor, he really loves his kids! And Bill is very transparent about the mistakes he made with Katie, and with Brooke as well in the past.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Close Friends To Kindred Spirits

Bill and Taylor soon evolve from close friends to finding they are kindred spirits – Taylor brings out a tender and protective side of Bill and inspires him to be better. At the same time, Taylor begins to wonder just what Ridge would think if she and Bill were more than friends; and she and Bill both think Ridge needs a lesson. Bill and Taylor are definitely bonded deeply as best friends, but it’s been a natural progression and not a love match thing!

Bill is more of the sneaky type and he’s been trying to work on it but he suggests it wouldn’t hurt for Ridge to think they were together either. Taylor thinks of their plan to teach Ridge a lesson more like reverse psychology!

BOLD Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Still Cares For Taylor Hayes, And Warns Her Against Bill Spencer!

Bill and Taylor work on their plan and let Ridge see them seem romantic with each other; nothing serious, just the appearance of a kiss. Ridge doesn’t even remember Bill trying to move him back towards Brooke a few months back, and his radar comes on immediately! Ridge doesn’t just drop Brooke and come running back to Taylor, but they can both see he’s jealous! He warns Taylor privately against getting involved with Bill, and then warns Bill to stay away from Taylor! Bill and Taylor know it’s not a done deal, but it’s certainly a start!
