The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: This Might Be Eric Forrester’s Real Problem

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that everyone was hoping for hype and glamour, but instead it seems like viewers have dullness and heartache instead.

Yes, we are talking about Eric Forrester (John McCook) as once again it seems like he’s failed to live up to everyone’s expectations as the new lead designer at Katie Logan’s fashion house.

This Might Be Eric Forrester’s Real Problem

And it’s not because he can’t do the job. Instead, it’s because he might not have the spark in him that he once had before.

After all, he was clearly pushed out the door at Forrester Creations by his own son, Ridge Forrester.

And now that he’s at Logan, it just seems like he doesn’t have the motivation or the creativity that he once had before. And for a lot of fans of the show, seeing Eric like this is heartbreaking! The man has lost his touch.

Of course, many B&B fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media and where this storyline might be headed.

Some even commented with, “I thought Eric was going to teach Ridge a lesson and demonstrate that age doesn’t have to be a limitation… And instead the SL so far is showing him as some old guy who isn’t up to functioning in a normal capacity.”

What’s Next For Eric Forrester?

Another critic of the show wrote, “Not only is this Eric deathbed storyline not compelling (as you said, we JUST did this), but it feels like it’s at risk of totally hijacking the Logan rivalry storyline, which actually WAS compelling, and had the potential to go somewhere relatively new and interesting.”

And then there was this comment as well: “There are plenty of 90 year olds that are more lively than Eric Forrester! Instead of writing him like an elderly nuisance to Ridge, why not bring in some long lost relative of Stephanie’s and drum up some drama around that??”

Clearly, B&B fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
