The mannequin’s voice will become louder, threatening, and constant. Desperate for relief, silence, and sleep, Thomas only sees two options to end his suffering. B&B spoilers reveal that Thomas told Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that he hadn’t been sleeping well. He’s said the same thing to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) a couple of times. Right now, the mannequin only speaks about once or twice a day. However, that will soon increase until Thomas isn’t sleeping at all.

Many times, it gets to the point where the individual is willing to do anything to get the voices to shut up. This usually means doing what they are commanding or ending one’s own life. We imagine something like this will end up happening to Thomas.

Hope realizes that there is something very wrong, so she calls for help. Even though the mannequin orders Thomas to kill Liam, it is possible that he can’t bring himself to do it. Desperate to get the voices to stop, could he try to take his own life? Is that why Hope finds Thomas bleeding from an injury?

There is an unconfirmed report that once Hope learns about Thomas’ mental illness, she will have compassion and empathy. Will Hope blame Liam for Thomas’ suicide attempt? She might think that Liam went too far and pushed his enemy over the edge.
Head writer and executive producer Bradley Bell told Soap Opera Digest that Liam is going to go through some extremely difficult times ahead. He also said that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) would be there to help Liam get through the ordeal. Could this be what the scribe was referring to?

I hope that the writers kill Thomas off.
That is mean, especially when it is obvious Thomas is in need of mental help.
Maybe write off but not kill.
I hope the writers kill Liam off. Who else is left to ruin to make Liam look good?
I hope there is a storyline where Thomas has a injury that causes him to bleed yes then he can finally get some help I have been saying all along that he could have a brain tumor. That may have been why he has done all those terrible things.
I hope they write him off this is something I could do without,Thomas overload!!!

I would like to see them do a serious storyline with Thomas' mental illness. There are many people suffering from mental illness, especially with everything that is going on in the world right now!
