CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has plenty of romantic drama coming up. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will certainly keep Ridge busy, but there should be some family drama, too. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has to resurface sooner or later, so let’s talk about how Ridge will react.

After Thomas’ wedding blew up, Ridge looked at his son with deep disappointment. He insisted that Thomas played him and seemed devastated about it. There was a ton of pain and anger going on as Ridge realized Thomas hadn’t changed. Thomas teared up over his father’s disapproval, so Ridge’s sorrow became Thomas’ own. It was a rough day all around for the Forrester men!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Returns A Changed Man?

Once Thomas returns from wherever he’s been, will he once again promise Ridge he’s a changed man? Ridge may not be so quick to believe it this time around. Perhaps Thomas could use an ally as he works to rebuild their father-son bond. Luckily, Thomas might find one in Ridge’s new wife!

Denise Richards has hinted that Ridge and Shauna got hitched in Las Vegas. There’ll obviously be questions about whether that can stick legally, but it might if Ridge got the divorce out of the way before he left.

Regardless, Shauna will remain a huge part of Ridge’s B&B story and will be a happy camper down the road. This Bold and the Beautiful love triangle could be swinging in Shauna’s favor. That news would please Thomas for a couple of reasons – the first one being that Brooke trashed him every chance she got.

B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Relieved Dad Is With Shauna

Thomas should be relieved if Ridge winds up with Shauna instead. Brooke may never trust Thomas again, so she’d always be there to fuel Ridge’s doubts. Taking Brooke out of the equation clears a path for Thomas to fix things with Ridge.

Plus, Shauna knows what it’s like to have a child who’s made big mistakes. Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) posed as the fake birth mom who helped give Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Shauna gets why Ridge is always going to love his son and would never judge him for that.
