After Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) “catches” Thomas kissing the fake Hope, he tells Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about it. Around that same time, Finn goes to check on Thomas. We’re not sure if Steffy sends Finn or if he is continuing to think about Thomas’ strange demeanor during their last conversation. In either case, Finn will visit Thomas at home and make a grim diagnosis.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from the new issue of Soap Opera Digest confirm that Finn makes a life-threatening diagnosis. Due to this being from the head bump on the desk, we are thinking a brain bleed or some kind of other cranial hemorrhage. Perhaps it’s even a brain tumor or aneurysm. All of those things would be life-threatening and would have the neurological symptoms that Thomas is experiencing.

Finn rushes Thomas to the hospital and Hope is panicked. So, she is either there when Finn stops by or she finds out from Steffy or Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

The magazine confirms that Thomas will fight for his life in the hospital. Ridge and Steffy are there by his hospital bed hoping that he will wake up. At this point, his condition is critical, and he could survive, or he may die. When Hope learns about this, she will be fearful and worried about him. As for Liam, he will struggle with the truth.
