Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that Thomas has been going through a rough, rough time recently with all the drama surrounding the death of his best friend Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). Douglas has been missing his mom too and made a sweet remark to Thomas in a recent episode of The Bold and The Beautiful that maybe his mommy was showing Vinny around heaven. Thomas was visibly emotional hearing his son’s remarks and told him he was sure that she was. Longtime viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall that Caroline ll was Dollar Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) niece and that she “apparently” died of a blood clot while in New York City.

Viewers of the Bold and The Beautiful will recall that Caroline was not exactly an angel – when Sally Spectra (Courtney Love) faked a terminal illness to try and hang on to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) she was taking a page from Caroline’s playbook. Caroline had tried the same thing to hang onto Thomas when Thomas was dating Sally! Caroline also attempted to strangle her uncle while he was in the hospital after a gunshot wound and then unplug his life support over his actions relating to the demise of her relationship with Thomas! It rather sounds like the not-so-sweet Caroline was one big bunch of bad news!

B&B Spoilers – Sally Spectra Dumped Thomas Forrester Because He Couldn’t Stay Away From Caroline

Longtime viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember that Thomas, Sally, and Caroline all moved to New York City at the same time. Sally returned to Los Angeles first, having given up on Thomas because he couldn’t stay away from Caroline; little Douglas had been born by that time. Whether it was really Douglas that Thomas couldn’t stay away from during that time is unclear; but after a while trying to make a go of their relationship in New York City, Eric Forrester (John McCook) made a call to both of Thomas’ parents, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) with sad news. Caroline had died of a severe blood clot at only thirty-two years of age.

Thomas and Douglas returned to Los Angeles where a compassionate Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) agreed to help Thomas raise the little boy, and they were married for a short time until Thomas went off the rails, as viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall. However, as often happens, if death does not occur onscreen – or, sometimes even if it does – a character can be brought back! Caroline was a schemer, and it’s possible that she faked her death for whatever reason, and could turn up again in Los Angeles to shake things up or to stir up trouble! Thomas needs a relationship but if Caroline came back from the dead she might not be the best one to have one with and it would disturb the relationship between Douglas and Hope for sure!
