The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) has one final shot at proving his redemption.

With Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) preaching the gospel of hellfire and brimstone for Thomas, so to speak, Thomas has a lot to prove!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Xander Avant Has John Finnegan Convinced

Xander’s got John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) convinced of how dangerous Thomas can be and still is; Xander told Finn that Thomas murdered Emma Barber (Nia Sioux).

At one time, Xander had proof which he took to the police, but the case was closed and concluded Emma crashed because of texting and reckless driving.

Xander maintains that conclusion was false because Thomas was angry and trying to make Emma shut up about baby Phoebe Forrester being baby Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza).

Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) had overheard an argument between Thomas and Emma where he threatened her and then followed her.

Still, the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, but Finn still has taken it upon himself to warn Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

Apparently, some of the information given Finn by Xander has been something Hope didn’t know from before, as reliving a close friend’s death isn’t unsettling enough.

Plus, it brings her back to a time when she thought her baby was dead and she had a very rough time getting through it. Hope did seem concerned when Thomas seemed to make such a fast proposal of marriage, although under normal circumstances it wouldn’t have been such a big deal.

However, she has told Thomas time and time again that she wanted to take things slow, and the proposal was a little premature for her-although she accepted the ring.

She kind of compromised to wear it on a necklace until she was fully ready for that step and Thomas accepted her decision and understood.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Believes Thomas Forrester’s Changed

Hope outwardly believes Thomas has changed, but a little bit of her inner self might still worry that if they broke up he’d return to his obsessive behavior and anger.

Thomas had known of the situation of Phoebe really being Beth yet kept it a secret, worrying if Hope found out she’d reject him. Of course, that speaks to a massive insecurity and lack of trust on his part, which drove his obsessive-compulsive behavior.

Of course, Hope can’t know for sure that Thomas won’t revert to his previous behaviors unless his redemption is put to the test, although she wouldn’t do it on purpose.

If they broke up over Xander’s accusations and Finn’s pressure and all that happens is a normal grief over a breakup in Thomas, then he’s truly redeemed.
