The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will put his plans in full gear as he hosts a dinner at the Forrester Mansion in an upcoming episode of The Young And The Restless!

Thomas Forrester Goes All Out For This Family Dinner, Where He Intends To Ask Zoe Buckingham A Very Important Question

Thomas goes all out for this family dinner, where all the Forresters will be invited, and a very special guest will be central to the occasion; Zoe Buckingham, (Kiara Barnes) who Thomas has been dating for a few months. He just had an extravagant birthday party at Forrester Creations for her last week; and he gave her an extravagant pair of custom designed earrings provided by Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). Usually, if a man is spending lots and lots of money on a girlfriend, it either means he’s very serious about her or he’s very desperate to get up close and personal with her, and neither scenario applies to Thomas!

He just wants to make Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) with whom he is totally obsessed, jealous, and scare his little boy Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) into running to the only mommy he has ever known, Hope, with whom he has been co-parenting Douglas, with his fears that Zoe is replacing Hope and that he wants Mommy and Daddy together, not Daddy and Zoe, who he hardly knows!

Thomas Forrester Will Take Advantage Of Hope Logan Being At The Dinner

Hope will be taking care of Douglas while the dinner is going on, and Thomas will take full advantage of that fact! A preview video shows Hope holding Douglas’ hand as she walks him downstairs, only for them both to see Thomas and Zoe making out at the foot of the stairs! Douglas again expresses his fears that if his father marries this woman, he will never see Hope again, and of course she reassures him that she will never abandon him. The only thing is – she is not his mother and nothing she says would stand up in a court of law if it were to come to a custody battle.

The co-parenting arrangement is not a court ordered or court sanctioned arrangement, and is only between Thomas and herself from the short time that they were married which is when she got to know Douglas and the two of them bonded. She was his stepmother but ex-stepmothers do not normally have legal standing in court, and if Thomas and Zoe do marry and Zoe comes to see her as an interfering influence to her family unit of herself, Thomas and Douglas, regardless of Douglas’ wishes, needs, and wants, Hope can do nothing about any of it. That is what Thomas is banking on to use his little boy and his relationship with Zoe to make Hope jealous of Zoe and protective enough of Douglas to reconcile and remarry him!
