B&B spoilers reveal that Ridge did just about everything he could to smooth the relationship between his wife and son. However, he would not get back his marriage until he lost one of them. Now that Ridge finally sees the truth about Thomas, he realizes that Brooke was right all along. There will be aftermath, but they can deal with it and focus on getting their marriage back on track.
B&B Spoilers: Overcoming Thomas Forrester
In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Kaye discussed Ridge and Brooke getting back together. The actor explained that with blended families, problems with the children are a major issue.
However, the problem with Ridge’s family wasn’t just exactly normal. Thomas became obsessed with Brooke’s daughter, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Thomas went to extreme lengths to make Hope his own and a lot of people got hurt in the process. Kaye described the issue as “incredibly divisive.” Even so, he always believed that their marriage could overcome anything.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate Ridge and Brooke might have a chance to get back their marriage. In a weekly promo clip, the designer tells Brooke that he is completely committed to her and nobody else.

She replies by saying she is committed as well, but doesn’t say anything about the last part. After all, if she said there was nobody else then that would be a lie. She is simply omitting a fact that she doesn’t think Ridge needs to know, such as her kissing Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

However, it doesn’t seem like the biggest obstacle to the “Bridge” marriage isn’t the “Brill” kiss. Kaye told the magazine that their children’s past could come back to haunt them.
“It appears now they might have that chance, but there’s no changing what has happened between their kids, and that could definitely come back and bite them.”
