The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, April 2, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will put Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) in a difficult spot. As B&B viewers know, Dr. Escobar isn’t pleased with the fake death ruse that Sally’s currently got going. Sally is pretending to be terminally ill, with the goal of getting Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) back and away from Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).

Sally roped Dr. Escobar into her plan by telling her that she could break her into the fashion industry with a position at Forrester Creations. Dr. Escobar doesn’t really enjoy her career in medicine, and her big dream is to get into the fashion industry somehow. And Sally seems to be her way in, but in order to make that happen, Sally is insisting that Dr. Escobar play along with Sally’s fake illness scam.

According to B&B spoilers, Dr. Escobar will find herself in a tight spot on Thursday’s episode. Sally may have some big demands for Dr. Escobar, and if Dr. Escobar really wants that job at Forrester Creations, then she’ll need to comply. Dr. Escobar seems pretty stressed about this whole situation, so she might protest, leading Sally to resort to threats. At any rate, Dr. Escobar won’t be happy with Sally on Thursday’s episode.

Meanwhile, on Thursday’s episode of the Bold and the Beautiful, Sally will be up to more tricks in her scheme to get Wyatt for herself. As B&B viewers are aware, Sally wants to spend as much time with Wyatt as possible in the coming days, in order to demonstrate for him just how great the two of them are together. Sally’s hoping that Wyatt will remember how wonderful their love was, so that they can rekindle their flame.

But it seems that Sally will realize that Wyatt is spending time with Flo, and she’ll actually overhear a private conversation between Wyatt and Flo. Of course, both Flo and Wyatt are under the belief that Sally is dying, and they are doing their best to be respectful to Sally and make her final days as comfortable and as happy as possible.

Well, it appears that Sally will be incensed with what she overhears between Wyatt and Flo. Wyatt and Flo may be talking about placating Sally, or they could be talking about how much they love each other. Either way, Sally won’t be happy about the whole thing, and it looks like it will make her decide to amplify her efforts to remind Wyatt about their love.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sally Spectra Arranges A Special Delivery For Flo Fulton

B&B spoilers indicate that Sally will even start using a walker to get around, so it seems that she’ll really try to pull at Wyatt’s heartstrings. In addition, Sally will arrange an intimate setup for herself and Wyatt, probably to refresh his memory about their history and about how great things between them were. Finally, the Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Sally will send Flo a special delivery, which will all be part of her plan to get Wyatt back.

We’ll see what that special delivery is, but it’s probably something that will worry Flo about Sally’s true motives. Could Sally end up sending Flo some sort of evidence of how close she’s getting to Wyatt, like some photos of the two of them in what looks like a compromising position? B&B viewers will find out soon enough, but it should be something that’s sufficiently upsetting to Flo.
