The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, August 20 – Ridge & Brooke Consider Past Mistakes – Finn Struggles With Steffy’s Request For More Pain Meds

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, August 20, tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be facing the possible end of their relationship. As B&B viewers know, Brooke has just basically told Ridge that it’s over between them and that she doesn’t think that she can get past the fact that he divorced her and married Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards), even though he was drunk and didn’t know what he was doing.

Of course, B&B viewers know that Ridge didn’t actually choose to divorce Brooke – rather Shauna took Ridge’s phone and texted Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), instructing him to file the divorce papers. Then Shauna cajoled her friend who owns a wedding chapel in Las Vegas to marry her and Ridge when Ridge was drunk and didn’t know what was going on. But as far as Ridge knows, he willingly divorced Brooke and married Shauna.

Well, Brooke is plenty hurt by the fact that Ridge would do these things, and she’s ready to cut her losses and just be done with Ridge. But on Thursday’s episode of B&B, it looks like Brooke will soften a bit as she and Ridge take some time to consider their mistakes of the past. It looks like B&B viewers may see some flashbacks, or at least hear about some of the things that “Bridge” has overcome in the past.

It seems that as Brooke and Ridge are considering their past mistakes and how they overcame them, they might just put the current situation into perspective. B&B spoilers say that the mood will lighten as Brooke and Ridge consider everything that they’ve worked through and overcome in the past.

B&B Spoilers – Shauna Fulton Forrester Gets More Confident About Her Marriage

While all this is going on, it looks like Shauna may finally be coming out of her place of guilt. Meanwhile, on Thursday’s new episode of B&B, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will urge Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to prescribe her some more prescription pain medication. As B&B viewers know, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) urged Steffy to talk with Finn and tell him about how much pain she’s in on a daily basis.

As B&B viewers know, Steffy has been trying to push through her excruciating pain, but now she can’t sleep and she’ been having difficulty picking up Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray). It’s a serious medical conundrum since Steffy needs some relief, yet Finn’s got to weigh the potential for Steffy to get addicted to those painkillers.

B&B Spoilers – How Will John “Finn” Finnegan Handle Steffy Forrester’s Request For More Pain Meds?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Finn will experience an ethical dilemma, as he will want to provide Steffy with some pain relief, but he won’t want to put her at risk for becoming dependent on the pain meds. We’ll see what Finn ends up doing, but perhaps he’ll prescribe her a limited number of pain meds and decide to watch over her carefully – at any rate, it seems that Finn will want to be cautious about how he proceeds.
