Women’s History Month
In honor of Women’s History Month, Heather wrote an impactful episode that is supposed to be centered on mothers and daughters. (Make sure to check out our next week B&B spoilers, here!)
Entertainment Tonight released a special preview clip of tomorrow’s episode, which shows Katie protecting Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) from a violent Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).
Hope Logan’s Breakdown
Brooke orders her daughter to leave the house. However, Hope responds by trying to slap her mother! That is when Katie interjects and has to physically grab Hope’s wrist.

Katie also uses her body to shield Brooke from Hope as she tries to wriggle free. While holding her wrist, Katie has to repeatedly tell Hope “no!” So, it seems that Hope keeps trying to get her hand free so she can slap Brooke, but Katie won’t allow it.
Brooke Logan’s Desperation
Finally, Hope gives up and marches toward the front door. Before going out the door, Brooke runs after her. Brooke tells the young woman to stop as Katie stands a few feet away.
Suddenly, Hope’s rage turns into despair. As Brooke holds her daughter, Hope keeps sobbing and giving apologies.

In the next episode, fans can also expect to see Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) celebrating with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Not only will they be celebrating getting back Forrester Creations, but Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) rejecting Brooke.
It is stated that the episode will also include Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Now, Donna is in the middle. Donna has never outright said what she thinks of Hope’s actions.
Donna might be married to Eric Forrester (John McCook) but Hope is also family. So, it will be interesting to see how Donna handles Hope’s meltdown while Eric celebrates.
Even though this has all the themes of a stand-alone episode, Deadline reported that it is not. Heather told the publication,
“It does fit within the story of where they are in the series. We considered doing something that was more of a standalone, but Brad [Bell, head writer/executive producer] felt, and I agreed that it needed to just kind of flow with the story and it made sense.”
This episode could also come at a crucial time for Hope. With Hope having a complete breakdown, how will Brooke help her daughter while also caring for own heart?

I’m so glad Ridge chose nasty Taylor. Brooke needs to have a man that will love her and not another woman. Not that Ridge loves Taylor, he only loves himself. I hope if the writer doesn’t bring in a man for Brooke that she & Bill will get back together. Dollar Bill knows how to be a woman man for Brooke .
